16- The license of the technical manager according to Article 2 of the Law on Medical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage Regulations approved in 1334 is non-transferable and in case of unjustified absence for more than three months from the date of occurrence (in case of conviction or disappearance) It is canceled by itself.

17- If the founder or founders intend to close or dissolve the center for justified reasons, they must report to the relevant university at least 3 months before proceeding, stating the necessary reasons and documents.


Building 

1- Physical space is calculated based on the number of dental units and approved sections. 2- The minimum suitable area for each unit and related accessories is 10 square meters.

3- General and specialized dental treatment centers can be constructed in a minimum area of ​​150 square meters and in one or more consecutive floors of the building.
