Corona virus is a member of a large family of viruses that cause diseases such as the common cold, Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS).The coronavirus broke out in China in 2019. Other names attributed to The corona virus affects both animals and humans.

There are cases where the virus affects animals and becomes a new virus and then affects humans. e coronavirus include acute coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).These are more deadly forms of coronavirus because they can lead to pneumonia and can be life threatening.

The three most common diseases recorded by the virus are:

SARs (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) - This is a deadly respiratory disease that was discovered in China in 2002. No new cases of the virus have been reported since 2002.

MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) - This severe respiratory disease was first reported in Saudi Arabia in 2012 and has since spread to 27 countries, including the United States.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus 2019) broke out in 2019 in Wuhan, China. Since then, the disease has spread to several countries around the world, with some reported in the United States.

All updates on the disease are monitored by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

What are the symptoms of coronary heart disease?

Symptoms of coronavirus appear when you have traveled to areas where the virus is present or have been in contact with someone who travels from those areas.

Symptoms of a coronary infection generally include:

Fever

Cough

 Shortness of breath

Sore throat

 Headache

Specific signs of coronary heart disease include:

 Fever

cough

Shortness of breath

Patient screening and triage:

Patients who present to the corona with fever and respiratory symptoms associated with an epidemiological link are suspected of having the disease. The epidemiological link may include travel to an area where the virus is prevalent and close contact with a person with a possible viral infection.

Types of corona tests:

A viral (infectious) test or PCR will tell you if you are currently infected. Two types of viral tests can be used to find out if you have the disease. the experiment; Indicates the presence of an active virus in the body and then you should perform quarantine or home quarantine steps. Infectious disease testing is currently performed in two ways: PCR testing, which examines the genetic material of the virus, and antigen testing, which identifies specific proteins on the surface of the virus.

The World Health Organization and the Center for Infectious Diseases Control (RT-PCR) have identified COVID-19 as the most accurate way to diagnose COVID-19. In coronary artery bypass graft (PCR), a swab is taken from the patient's throat or nose. This sample should then be examined for the presence or absence of the virus. First, the virus genome was extracted from the sample with the help of extraction kits and then with the help of PCR, this viral genome was amplified to be identifiable. Corona test results are often prepared 24 hours after sampling.

IgM and IgG antibody tests (also known as serological tests) may tell you if you have had a previous infection. An antibody test should not be used to diagnose a current infection. This test looks for antibodies that are produced by the immune system in response to a threatening agent, such as a specific type of virus. Antibodies help fight infection, are made a few days or weeks after the infection occurs, and remain in the body for several weeks after recovery. For this reason, antibody testing should not be used to diagnose active coronavirus infection.

What is a PCR test?

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests are performed to detect genetic material from a specific organism, such as a virus. This test detects the presence of a virus if it is infected at the time of testing.

What is a corona PCR test?

PCR test for coronavirus is a test used to diagnose people who already have coronavirus. PCR is the gold standard test for corona detection because it is the most accurate and reliable test.

There are three key steps to corona PCR testing:

- Sample collection using special swabs to collect virus samples from throat or nose

-  Extraction

- PCR
